I utilize range of motion for stretching and mobilization and incorporate Herbal Medicine, Whole foods, Cranio Sacral, and other techniques. My rates are $85 for 1 hour and $45 for a half hour.

Over the years I have developed an approach which primarily utilizes an array of manual therapy techniques such as: cranial-sacral, myofascial, Jin-Shin-Do acupressure, trigger point treatment with strain-counterstrain, and functional indirect. I am trained in the McKenzie approach for the treatment of back pain and in spine unloading strategies.
